Samuel has over 19 years of experience in the Auditing and Accounting industry with both private and Public sectors exposures. He served his training contract with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) from where he joined Ramathe Chartered Accountants as a Manager in 2008. From there he joined the office of the Auditor General in 2009 where he served as a Manager for a period of four years. He later joined Centlec SOC Ltd as General Manager – Accounting Services for a period of 11 Years where he contributed to the entity’s audit outcomes that improved from disclaimed audits to years of consistent unqualified audit outcomes.
He has extensive experience in dealing with regulatory audit issues and developing effective audit action plans
Samuel has also worked in the education and training sectors for over ten years at both tertiary and secondary levels
Expertise
Lyrishia has over 17 years’ experience in the public and private sector audit and accounting services. She completed her SAICA articles with PKF, and later joined Makomota Consulting Company as a Senior Consultant. From there she joined Defensor Electronic Security (PTY) Ltd as Financial Manager until 2023
She has exceptional skills in consulting for both private and public sectors dealing with financial statements preparation, Tax matters and developing audit preparedness for a number of clients. She is also a specialist in business advisory and consulting services, having assisted several public sector entities to improve from disclaimers to unqualified audit opinions.
